Motivation Letter

Semangat!

Introduce, I am Dedy Qalbu Hadi. Now I live in Medan, Northern Sumatra. Talking about my name, it is a pride of mine. On the moment of succeeding his education in United States, my father lived in a city named Dekalb. Sounding nice, my parent agreed to name me Dedy Qalbu Hadi. Which in another hand, Arabic exactly, Qalbu means heart and Hadi means a direction. I was expected to be a heartfully leader with a georgous behavior.
I am majoring Psychology in North Sumatra University. I have intended to come in this major since I was a high school student. On that time and unti now perhaps, many people laugh at me regard of my decision. “What is the necessity to learn Psychology in this eastern region of country?” I recognize, Psychology in the eastern countries is less developing. Nevertheless, I see beyond that Psychologist will be a necessity, to be the part of its development.
Practically, professionality in occupation world is stil the matter. I focus on the absence aspect. Seems insignificant? Yes it is. Then let me narrowing down the case to the education field. What do you think Indonesia education will be if the teachers do not come as it suppose to be? Are you awake, now? The casualties will be the students, the youth, the future leaders of Indonesia. This is very minor problem of so many aspects which involve absence as one of its part. I see that as an urgency. Truly urgent. I choose to be aware sooner than other, then I want a change.
In my senior high school era, I found the fact that my teachers are frequent not to come the class and course. Many reasons proposed by them, such as having another more important business rather than teaching, family business, wedding party, and the more malignant ones are they wer in bad mood or forget that they have class to teach. This is a terrible harm for me, and probably for thousand students of the upcoming years. Therefore I pick the absence problem up as Indonesia problem. But again, this problem seems invisible still. Are another countries facing the same problem as same as mine
